Refund policy
1. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges/returns/defaults.
2. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. If there is a fault in the product which will be managed case by case and if warranted then the item will be replaced by Mac boxing.
3. Defective Items: Products received with manufacturing defects will be eligible for repair, exchange, at the discretion of the company. No Refunds.
6. Customer Service: Customers are advised to contact customer service for any return/default queries to ensure smooth processing of their request.
